Ana on the other hand is much more fruitful in her search she manages to spot a signet ring lying upon the floor resting against the wall, perhaps flung during the transformation.
The heraldry upon the ring looks familiar in fact the entire thing looks familiar including the small crack in the band. This ring belongs to William senior.
