[IC] The Odd Job

Fred looks perplexed as Ana approaches with the large metal stud in her hand, passing the rather weighty object from hand to hand."Found some silver then ull be sure to let m'lord know what you took. Where are the others?

Ana moves the nail near to Fred's hands, the only part of him not covered by his armour. The guard looks at the stud then to Ana, "What the blazes are you doing girl. No I don't work all day with no breaks my son arrives around midday and we watch together before I head off and return early in the morning."

OOC: Damn these boards hate you guys, meanwhile I'm rolling high lol.

"I'll go check on the others." Ana walks back to the door. "Hey Balin, you said something about the silver fence seeming odd. Can you elaborate on that?"
OOC: pointless persuasion roll [roll0]
Edit: see, pointless

"Well silver isn't a very hard metal in fact its pretty soft, wouldn't hold up to an assault at all. Yet the spikes along the top suggest that it isn't merely a show of wealth. Its like William knew there was a lycan about."

I don't know but my father and his father were both monster hunters. My father moved here when he was young, with my grandfather. Seems bad for business settling in an area with no monsters. If only...." once again Balin tails off.

OOC: Huzzah someone rolled double digits

"My father had a book, a journey he wrote everything In it but he took it with him. To his grave." Balin blurts out his response his voice tinged with anger and sadness he doesn't take his eye's off Ana the entire time.
