A very nice sword, light and untarnished by the water. As Aquaria swims, it seems to shimmer with a light of its own.

OOC: It could be wielded as either a longsword, shortsword, or a rapier, I don't mind which.

OOC1: The sword: Udit prefers short-swords, but it's ok, his "ordinary" weapons have a backstory now so he can stick with that for now

OOC2: It seems Udit goes just before the monster... I don't see what else he could do at this time, there is little Udit can do against such a monster unless it surfaces. However... *if* I do have an action to spare: (I think I do - move, interact with object, action)

Udit narrows his eyes and mutters a few arcane sylables. A warrior appears - modeled on Bob in fact - just at the edge of the water. Udit hopes that when that thing lurches onto the shore, it will go after "Bob" instead of him

Drako hears the warning and chants a few words under his breath and tries to prepare himself for what is to come.

OOC: Initiative: 1D20+3 = [2]+3 = 5 Drako uses Armor of Shadows incantation and cast mage armor on himself. I need to start remembering to do this every seven hours or so.

Hearing the commotion from behind Kurzon turns, "Oh sh....!"

OOC: Has the creature surfaced or is it still entirely under water?

GM: It is underwater, obscured by raised sediment, and slightly camouflaged. The number of ways in which most attacks at it would have disadvantage at this point are legion. I'm sorry it's kind of a pain-in-the-asci to fight. I will try to make it more fun as things go along. I will be back in an hour or two to post round one!
