OK, I think that's enough here. Reporting the guy to eBay and the authorities is fine, but posting methods of tracking the guy down is not. He's been reported, so let's leave it to the right people to deal with, eh? This is verging on becoming a vigilante co-ordination thread!
The important thing is that the auction has stopped and that the appropriate parties notified. They can use that information in whatever way is appropriate.
