That's gorgeous. gor-geous. Please note that posts like this (showing product but with no other content) need to go in the publishers forum.

A thread that discussed how one might use these models in an actual game - hint hint - would be okay in General, as long as it actually provided useful info and tips to people.

And did I mention this is gorgeous? :)

Denny-

I just have to tell you how pleased I am with your Dungeonworks & Caveworks sets. Looks like this is another set to pickup. They are GREAT! Keep up the good work.

Thank you for the kind words. Im just glad to know that the sets are finding their niche. Theres a good amount of discussion going on at the WorldWorks forum regarding how best to use the models in game.

What is this stuff made of? And above all - is it affordable? I'd love to have some stuff like that for my game, but don't want to take out a second mortgage.

The sets themselves are extremely inexpensive (the cheapest being $5.00). One of WorldWorks prime benchmarks was to create model systems that everyone could afford but would still have the visual impact of more expensive systems. The sets themselves are PDF format files that you purchase, download instantly, print on 110 lb cardstock and put together. The models are extremely easy to build and come with very detailed instructions. The prime benefit here is that you can print off as many items as you need and build worlds as large as your heart desires.

Your biggest expense will be ink for your printer but even with that cost it is far cheaper than, plaster cast or resin built models.

As cheesy as it may sound "don’t take my word for it", head to WorldWorks at: www.worldworksgames.com have a look at the products and what people have to say about them. If you’re still not convinced head to the WorldWorks forums and ask people what they think.

I truly believe that cardstock scenery is entering a new phase of popularity and usefulness. Hell, I do this for a living so obviously there’s a demand for it.

I've been pretty happy with both your Castle Works and Village Works sets.

I have also found some places that print color on cardstock for a dollar a page, which is how I printed up CW. (Before I got my new printer.)

I can't wait for Sea Works!
