Fluffy flys around thirty feet into the caves before she enters a chamber around 35 feet by 40 feet and as she enters the room three troglodytes jump to their feet.

“Flying thing, I no like flying thing,” one of the troglodytes said as all three clawed at the animal.

"Three in the first chamber, " Vin whispers. "They don't like Fluffy."

 

[SunGold]

"What?!" Corsa whispers back, playfully scandalized. "How dare they. Let's go set them straight."

OOC: What's everyone feeling? Try the smoke idea? Just head in and engage them there? Corsa isn't picky, so long as we defend Fluffy's honor one way or another.

Lal answered "Could Fluffy lure them out there - more space favors a larger group"

Vin smiles slowly, "That is a purely evil idea. I love it!" He gets Fluffy to swing down low and tease the troglodytes to the entrance.

Still invisible, Flint walks on with nothing but a quiet little giggle. The dwarf moves on, pinching his nose shut, towards the room with the three troglodytes.

When he is between the distracted creatures, who are swatting at Fluffy before she flies away, Flint lets his magic out in a great loud boom.

OOC: Moving to the trogs, then cast Thunderwave with a level 2 slot. They take [roll0] thunder damage and are pushed 10 feet (Con save for half damage and no push). Con save Flint for Stench: [roll1] Wild magic surge: [roll2] You cast Fireball as a 3rd level spell centered on yourself... Ooh yeah. That's the end of those troglodytes! 8d6 fire damage, Dex save for half damage.

OOC: [roll0] fire damage Flint's Dex save: [roll1] So Flint takes 9 damage. He survived!

Flint stands amazed. That was powerful magic!

He laughs like a gleeful child, looking around at the carnage before his companions follow. He puts out a Few burning hairs in his beard with his fingers.

"Guys, I've handled the troglodytes!" he yells.

Harb Half-Elf Paladin

Harb startled looks to Vin. "By Sarenrae what was that! They have magic users? Is Fluffy ok?"

He hears Flints voice and relaxes a little before mumbling to himself "There goes the element of surprise."

Lal dives for cover, landing into a berry bush. He rolls to a stand, Tabar at the ready.

Upon hearing Flint's explanation, covered in crushed berries, he breaks into a booming laugh. "Now we see if they indeed do scare easy!"

Corsa, just finishing up wiping down her sword, nearly slices her hand open when a BOOM emits from the tunnel's entrance. She looks around at the others in startled confusion until she hears a second loud noise, this one more like a burst of flame. Flint.

When they rush into the cave and find Flint a little crispy, she bursts into laughter. "Didn't I just ask you not to set yourself on fire?" She looks around at the carnage in admiration. "Still, you definitely got the job done..." she trails off, still chuckling.
