Is there a feat to use a one-handed weapon for a sneak attack?

I have a player who wants to be able to play a rogue character that uses a katana, which from my understanding is a masterwork bastard sword. However, that pretty clearly won't work with sneak attacks. I'm curious if there's a feat somewhere that'll let a rogue pick a specific one-handed weapon to make sneak attacks with. Does anyone know of one?

For that there is a feat, too late to look it up now, but I think it was Einhander, or if not, was part of that feat tree.

You know, that might still be feasible in 4E... as long as we consider a ballista to be just a really big crossbow...

There's Graceful Edge from Dungeon 128 which is quite different from Einhander from PHB II.

Can you backstab??? Seriously, is there a feat in some splatbook that allows someone to actually backstab (as in 2e x5 damage when the target doesn't perceive you)?
