Jericho - The Best Show You Might Not Be Watching

I finally got around to watching the first season of Jericho. I'd taped it as I thought it looked interesting, but never got around to watching a single episode before it was cancelled. Rather than getting emotionally invested, I decided not to watch. Then, after the amazing fan campaign got it "uncancelled", I started watching.

This is an amazing show. I'd rank it right up there with Lost and Heroes.

The second season starts in January. I can't wait to see where they take it from here.

I didn't watch Jericho at all in its first airing but heard a lot of good things about it. When they repeated the first season, I tuned in because it was off-season for everything else (Heroes, Lost, etc). I'm glad I did - great show. I completely see why people were mad it got canceled. Definitely looking forward to season 2.

Good to know, that was a pretty good show. Hopefully people actually watch these 8 shows so they make more.

Cheaper to buy nuts than to buy browncoats. That and the FOX network hardly listens to their audience.

According to IMDB, the pending strike by the Writers Guild of America is keeping many struggling shows on the air this season, as they are afraid of running out of content.

This could bode very well for additional Jericho episodes gettting greenlit in order to beat the strike.

I also imagine if this strike was looming last season, Jericho would never have gotten canceled in the first place.
