OOC: I would offer my services - but I'm not sure what the heck is going on in here! 
I personally don't hang in chat rooms, but if fishing has become an issue here then allow me to judge and I 'll randomly generate each fighters move and e-mail them to you one at a time. This could take a little more time, but it would insure a fair match (assuming you trust me ).
If this is OK with you, then drop me an e-mail and we'll get started. - I don't hang on the boards too much these days unless I know the fighters are currently in (200 person limit and all.) But I almost always have OE opened up and minimized.

The only real difference between the java generator and the mb's scripted one is that mb's doesn't have the 1 in 2^24 possibility of pulling an undefined field on move-gen.
As a sidenote, the java script psuedo-random behavior becoming obviously psuedo-random is just a simple trait from the rand-gen function and just which clock clicks you happen to be near at the time... It should also be the same psuedo-random displacement that occurs with MB actually. Well, at least the same for me since it's running on my comp and the javavm and tcl have the same random function and seed.
The omega moves themselves are just jokes... There is only one that is even still a valid move for yb2... And if I posted something about the invincible turtle annihilating the volcano and swiping two yen, people would start to be more vocal about some of their assumptions of me.
I can also verify however that z_mystic's first move was not generated by MeowthBot, and that does kind of support the thought that it was from the web-gen.

What's going on here was that our judge was up too late and didn't like the questions I was asking in chat and on the boards, and he withdrew. If I have questions I Ask them. If I have issues I raise them. I apologize for my tendency to try to work issues out and get on with things.

Didn't mean to get you going LD! Just wasn't sure what the situation was - I never saw the chat side of things (someday I guess I'll have to try that...) 
Would you like to continue generating your own moves? And if so - where will you be generating them from? I only ask so that we may keep the playing field even.
