KotSF: Pregen rogue - why 2D4+4 damage in Positioning Strike?

Sorry about having another question about this! I'm being a bit stupid today.

The pregen rogue for KotSF has the damage for Positioning Strike listed as 2d4+4. But the PHB lists the damage for Positioning Strike as 1[W].

As far as I can see the damage for the dagger would be 1d4, not 2d4...

Why does it do 2d4 damage? (I understand the +4 is from dex mod)

Looks like an error. It should be 1d4+4, you're correct.

I'm suprised no-one has mentioned it before - but then again, they probably have and I never saw it...
