So, for round 5 (and maybe beyond?), I'm I rolling the dice for the reorder of the PCs selections? Or are you guys going to do it? That was my suggestion, but if you prefer I do it again, I'm okay with it.
For those of you who have no real use for anything else at this time, you can choose to donate your pick to an NPC. While I was going to limit those donations of picks to the big three (Camburn, Ela, and Oakfirst), I've decided you can donate your picks to any NPC you choose. You can donate picks to Custodio, Tuck (and/or Mutt), and Spritewing, as well as any NPCs beyond the fight.
Whatever you want. You can even give your picks to other PCs, if you so choose.

If it's all the same, if there's a MW steel shield left, can we leave one for Vitus? Most of his gear is basic starting gear with the exception of the few magic items I got with starting money.

That is actually 5 silver candlesticks worth a total of 450 gp. After being cleaned, they are worth 5% more. So, that's another 472 gp and 5 sp for the dead guards.

If it's all stuff left to sell, why don't we just take the sell value of everything left over, pool it and divide among everyone who's left?

The guards are still picking in at least one more round.
I just want to give the option for the PCs to keep picking as well. If everyone agrees to have the PCs stop picking items, then the guards will pick at least two more rounds by themselves until each of them has a total value of items from a minimum of 2,500 to a maximum of 5,000 gp.
SDW,jr. noted on the Discord that he wants to reward the three NPCs that didn't run and hide. So, I'm not sure if that means wants to keep picking and given the items to those guards or will just give them the picks.

Captain Camburn, Commander Oakfirst, and Ela, the Sectarian Captain, are all done.
The other NPCs that have not reached at least 5K gp sell value will keep picking items for at least two more rounds. Any NPC that passes that threshold will stop picking items. (There is at least one NPC that will stop after Round 5, assuming the PCs aren't involved.)
The NPCs were supposed to get around 9.5K gp sell value but that's not feasible any more.
