The knight spends this round getting up from being prone and retrieving his weapon from the floor (two move actions). He also takes a 5-ft step towards Tuck to allow the unicorn to enter the doorway next round if it so chooses.

The living altar continues to speak to Falen, but doesn't overwhelm his mind this time.

That is the end of round 3.

Custodio casts Knight's Move, which is a swift action that doesn't provoke an AoO. He teleports 10 feet to the other side of the female Loyalist. He is now flanking her with Tim. Tim still has his shield (and all his shield feats), so I'd say Tim still threatens her.

Full hasted attack with flanking: +9/+9/+4; damage is 1d8-1 due to the STR damage he's taken.

Custodio (hasted) - Full Attack with Warhammer: 1D20+9 = [18]+9 = 27 (hit)
1D20+9 = [14]+9 = 23 (miss)

Tuck moves 20 feet to get a better angle against the Loyalists. He puts himself between Sir Tymbeck and the Loyalists. He rapidly reloads and fires (w/Point Blank Shot). He's still firing into melee but the Loyalist no longer has cover from him. Plus, he is hasted.
