Thug drinks the healing potion and picks up his dagger, which he used to poison the knight.

I'm ruling that the djinni's ability to fly is a supernatural ability, so she cannot fly until she leaves the Antimagic Field. Thus, she has to stand up from prone. Since she has cover from the half-magic circle, Mitrik cannot make an AoO against her. She is forced to take a 5-ft. step away from Akos, as they cannot share the same space once she is no longer prone. She draws her scimitar as a move action.
