To The Quiet Harpy
The adventurers continue their march toward The Quiet Harpy. The countryside begins to give way to cultivated fields divided by low stone walls and bordered by dirt paths. There are fields of corn, cabbages, peas and other lentils, even a few where mushrooms are grown, and, of course, grains and grasses. there are also pastures with grazing animals, cows, goats, groats, and sheep. When you catch a glimpse of a farmhouse, you see chickens, ducks, or peahens near the homesteads.
Then, ahead you see a stone bridge about a half mile ahead of you. Just across the bridge is a large compound with a gatehouse bearing a sign that shows a great, greasy sleeping birdlike creature. The main building is within the compound, and it is a large structure rising three stories, taller than the gatehouse and towers at the corners of the curtain wall that surrounds the compound.
