If you want there are rules in teh DMG for bumping up monster levels, you can just add a level to say a dragonshield. It bumps up defenses, damage, to hit rolls, and hp. [/sblock]

As the enemy misses Khellek, the shifter feels the divine energy of Selune flow into him and his eyes glow a soft silver for a moment.

He then tries to hack at the goblin, but his glowing eyes throw his aim off, but Khellek steps to the goblins side and allows everyone a good shot at the enemy.

*When Khellek's missed by an attack, he gets to add his Wis Mod to damage against that enemy (+3 in his case) until end of my next turn (which will be this one).

*Enter Rune of Destruction state - all allies will gain a +1 to hit against any enemies adjacent to Khellek.

Standard: Executioner's Call on gg @ z40 - vs ac; dmg (1d20+8=15, 1d10+7=13) hmmmm that may be a miss also :( if it hits the damage is 13 and all allies gain +2 to damage rolls against it and Basher7 gains an additional +4 to hit the goblin.
Move: Shift to AA40

So in summary, if it hits +5 to hit for Basher,+1 to hit for everyone else, +2 to everyone's damage rolls.
If miss: Everyone still gets +1 to hit.
