Leif's 'The Hall of the Rainbow Mage' [A] (D&D 3.5 OOC)

Nope, no expansion for me. I've spent far too much money as it is on ever-changing campaign settings. I'll just spend time working on my own instead. :)
Sorry man. Bet I've outspent you, though! :p Like I said, I'll give it another look tonight. I may use the realms, yet! (Even though Eberron is a much more sinister, gritty place. I will freely admit that the magical airships and mass transportation does bother me a little bit sometimes, but not too much especially since Scotley and I have put something very similar in our Lauralie Summerhome game.)

28 is alright by me, but I won't protest if you wanna go higher. ;)

As for settings, I know very, very little about any campaign settings... but that just means I get to experience and learn it firsthand through exploration, which is cooler to me anyway. Either works for me. Just forgive me if I screw something up.

Like... having Drizzt running around in Eberron, enjoying a few drinks with that Warforged dude in the Mournlands. ;)
Thanks, I appreciate that very much! ;) Let's leave it at 28, shall we? (If I make Rathan start all over AGAIN, he'll probably bust a valve or something!)

I see no reason why Driz'zt coulnd't come to Eberron for the weekend, him being a wizard and all, especially! (Isn't he??)

Nah, from what I understand, Drizz't was a Drow Ranger... who happened to go on epic adventures and wasn't evil.

Thanks for the compliment on the character and yes the noggin is fine... I'm used to doing that.... I'm surprised I don't have a harder forehead LOL....

Excellent, we'll I'll get started on my MC rogue/cleric/shadowbane inquisitor... beware creatures of darkness!

I'll hold off on the background info until I find out campaign location. I'm ambivalent with the setting as I'm moderately well versed in Realmslore (most likely not as knowledgeable as a lot of people here) and have read the Eberron book a bit, having played a few short-lived games here in that location.

Actually, he has gone through as many incarnations as there have been versions of D&D. But originally he was simply a Drow Ranger. If you've read the novels, Ranger/Fighter and even a bit of Barbarian might work...but he has no magic spells at his disposal.

Variant Ranger from SRD maybe? Also, I believe he had barbarian levels in the FR Campaign Setting, although he would be suffering XP penalties. Started off Fighter (training in Menzoberanzen [sp?]), then went Barbarian (time spent alone in Underdark, aka the Hunter), and then finally Ranger, training under that old guy (Montolio,?)

That follows the progression of the books. The original Drizz't stats, as given in AD&D FR Supplement The Savage Frontier, listed him as a Ranger 8, if I'm not mistaken. Though I'm fairly certain that is how he was during the events of The Crystal Shard. He obviously gained lots of levels after that. :)

Shows what I know about it! All I know is that he's a non-evil Drow. :p
