Augh! So true!The thing I've found is if you give the players around here an inch, they'll take a mile. You list every possible book you could possibly have as a resource, and they still find others.![]()
The mystery part won't be over powering or anything, so I don't think you'll have much to worry about.I love combat, I love roleplaying. I'm not so fond of mystery, but I can adapt.
As to races of Dragon - the only thing I REALLY wanted out of it was the draconic template (Though that template's been reprinted in about 4 different sources, i think).
How bout I just pass it by you and see what you think?
[sblock=Draconic]
+2 Str, +2 Con, +2 Cha, +1 Nat Armour, Low-light vision, Darkvision 60', +2 spot/Intimidate.
Level Adjustment: +1

It's not a deal-breaker, It's just the easiest way I can play a dragon-type character.
Ooops, forgot about this one! Let's say that you have, I don't know, 3,000 xp above the minimum for 12th level, so everyone will have a total of 69,000 xp at start. The provide enough cushion for crafting? Too much? Not enough?Somebody mentioned crafting, but I missed Leif's reply if any...what was the ruling on XPs available for crafting? Or do we have the minimum needed for 12th level?
Also Leif, what is your ruling for the cost of spells to be added to spellbooks? I know most DMs handle it differently since the PHB pricing is pretty up there...
not aligned specifically, although I prefer that the party be generally good. Artificer is ok.Is this a specificly aligned campaign, Is artificer ok for a class?
then in response to Vertexx's you saidThe mystery part won't be over powering or anything, so I don't think you'll have much to worry about.
Artificer? Sure, why not? Go for it!

Sorry, man, yeah, I meant, 'Draconic? Sure, why not?'Jemal said:He's the only one who asked about artificer, but I did ask about Draconic - did you mean "draconic? Sure, why not?" or did you accidentally answer his question twice?
hehehe, are you familiar with the Black Sabbath song called "Sweet Leaf?" I'm not sure that I want to be remebered in that way. Actually, so far, the nickname that I've liked the most has beenthe one that my roommate bestowed upon me during my junior year of college: Leify-Boy. Or as he "usually" pronounced it (read: while inebriated), "Leifabwa."Sweet Leif! Sweetleaf? Ha! I've got a new nickname for you!
Seriously, though...I'll continue to work on my PC. Worst case scenario, he should be ready by the end of the weekend. The 3000xp buffer should be great.
