Can you elaborate more on the Erdgeist?
I think I came up with this one in a old thread where part of the discussion was "character the class" classes like the Ranger was originally Aragorn as a class or the Monk was Remo Williams as a class. So I thought I'd do David the Gnome as a class. He's resourceful and helpful so the base is the Expert sidekick from Tasha's, David and many of his peers had a trusty animal friend so the Ranger beast companion is a natural addition. He shouldn't have combat casting, but definitely has some utility tricks, so he knows Druid ritual spells (including Divination which is on the Land Druid list) as a Druid, but the class itself doesn't get spell slots. For the name of the class, I used a old alternate name for gnomes Erdgeist (Earth Spirit).

Taking the sidekick classes as a base and then attaching some extra features to fit the concept is a great way to make characters.

I would like a "you found a magic sword" class - one where the core concept is you're just some guy/gal who has somehow bonded with a potentially powerful magical weapon (or other item) and as you gain levels you get better at using it and unlock more of the magic item's powers.

A couple I'd like to see:

Summoner
Take the class out of Wizard and make it into its own thing. Subclasses can be themed around certain monster types as well as a Frankenstein sort of subclass who plays mix'n'match with their summons. Also, two subclasses around how the summons are used. Lacking a better name for now the first would be the Enslaver, who uses their summons for menial tasks or as cannon fodder, gets bonuses to summon's skill checks or attacks as the summoner directs/pushes them (at a cost to HP). The other, for lack of a better name would be the Befriender, who has a strong connection to unique summons and can have their summons do unusual things other summons couldn't conceive of (think Aladdin & Genie's friendship).

Necromancer
Make this a distinct class from Wizard that has some clerical elements to it. Trying to think of some subclasses - maybe one that focuses on raising/controlling the dead, another on necromatic attack spells, perhaps a third on gaining knowledge/buffs from departed spirits. Kind of a Diablo+ class, pulling in elements from prior versions of D&D (primarily 3rd).
For some reason when I read this, my brain combined the first two. A character that summons dead monsters for companionship. I don't know why.

Warblade updated to 5e. With full 9 levels of maneuvers and stances. Use warlock invocations as a base for stances.

Martial adaptability: instead of classic fighting style, you can switch it to any FS on a list with the use of bonus action.

No archetype needed.

A mundane Ranger who gets cumulative "quarry" bonuses for each action spent actually stalking, observing or researching their target.

A mundane Strategist who has a wider variety and more powerful maneuvers than the battlemaster, many of which trigger off of allies' actions.

A mundane Armiger who specialize vin heavy armor and using armor as a secondary weapon--the ultimate "up close and personal" warrior.

A mundane Inquisitor whose martial abilities are related to interrupting, refirecting and resisting spells. Perfectly timed attack points the lightning bolt in a different direction!

A variant spellcaster who uses Int instead of Charisma
