Wlecome to LS. My comment earlier was that if noone else shows up in a while, I would be willing to run a short solo mission your character. We have three missions that just started so there might not be any new missions for a bit. I have one that is suited for one player and would be brief. I also have one that is well suited for about three caracters. Does anyone out there have a second character that they are sitting out, and that they would play if a mission was available?

The timeline might be about a month before i would start another game (character approval and I have a short vacation impending).

No problem, I'm sure the crew here will help me fix the errors. I am using a 1e book, the conversion document to 2e seems to have a few holes. No worry, we'll get it squared away.

JR I did take a quick look at your character but I didn't realize you were using 1e and the conversion document.

I will be available to help you this weekend to help make him compliant.

I'm new here (registered yesterday) and I'll be submitting a character for approval soon. So, I'll be looking for a mission in the near future. I can hardly wait to get started.

Now, the hard part - deciding on a character to play.

Sounds like I might be running one for two or three. What are your ideas for characters?

Salix, I don't yet have a second character. I have been mulling around making another though. As long as it took me to make Paladin though, it might not be done in time for the next round of adventures! Maybe it'll be quicker though with a PL8 character. I have to finalize which concept I'm going with.

Any frontrunning ideas. I kind of like to hear people's character concepts. Not really because I have anything to do with character approval, but because it might help me with adventure hooks and plot ideas down the road. With my vacation coming up I won't be able to start anything for about a month. I want to get back and get Antiques Roadshow closer to the finish line before beginning another one. You guys are going through that one pretty quick. Less players plus attentive players=faster games. Hope everyone is having fun in the game so far.

It certainly rolls along faster, although sometimes with my hectic work schedule I'm the guy holding them up. Sometimes I also am a little slow because I have to look up the rules. Every once in a while I have to look up stuff I already missed the first time around

It definitely beats waiting around for several days before moving along though. Sadly, I've only ever seen a fast game happen in a living world when all the players dropped out due to disappearing until there was only one left
