From the looks of it? It should have a Madness or Sanity mechanic, and the GM should be referred to as "Lore Keeper."

Joking aside, I always got an "eldritch horror" vibe from Erol's work. And I mean that in the best possible way.

Mutliple legs, mouths, eyes, and of course tentacles. Lots and lots of tentacles. Strange headgear. Mechanics for getting swallowed.
