Several of those are already in the PHB. Under the same name even. A couple I remember from Necromancer Games' Eldritch Sorcery. A few may be spread across many WotC products, but I think WotC prefers to make all new spells. Thousands and thousands of 2E spells have gone largely untouched.

Andy Collins did an update document which described which spells were dropped in the conversion to 3e and which were renamed. It should be available on WotC's site.

Yes, several of those are in Eldritch Sorcery. Any spell with a name attached to it (like Ott's Anything) probably won't be converted anywhere unless WotC does it.

Yup... lessee:

Attraction/Avoidance: Sympathy/forbiddance (I think);

Create Living Wall: Since a living wall would be considered a construct under d20 rules, there wouldn't be a specific spell to make one.

Dig: Move earth (doesn't quite do the same thing, but it's a direct conversion);

Extension I/II/III: These were covered by the Extend Spell feat.

Friends: The new charm person.

Invisible Stalker: Summon nature's ally VII.

Shadow Door: Got changed to shadow walk

Vocalize: Silent Spell. If you're getting hit with silence enough that you need to keep a spell handy to subvert it, just take the feat - you'll be better off.

As for the rest, it shouldn't be too hard to do conversions yourself.

As has already been mentioned, many are in the PHB, metamagic spells become feats, and Eldritch Sorcery by Necromancer Games converts many that got missed by the core.

Some of those look like Greyhawk Adventures spells and probably didn't have enough recognition to be converted, but have close equivalents.

Charm person is the new charm person. IIRC, Friends boosted you charisma. Sounds like Eagle's Splendor.

Invisible Stalker: Summon nature's ally VII.

Would never last long enough to make it pursue a target like the old version did. Planar Binding sounds like the key here.

Do you have the URL for this?

Conjure Spell Component
Shows up in Complete Mage
Dispel Silence
Voyful Noise is close, I believe. Spell Compendium.
Extension I/II/III
The Extend Spell metamagic feat.
Modify Memory? Sorta close. Doesn't eat spell slots like Forget did though.
Eagle's Splendor.
Improved Strength
Bull Strength. Probably empowered.
Invisible Stalker
Planar Binding/Planar Ally would be close, I figure.
Wall of Fog
Obscuring Mist. I seem to recall Wall of Fog having a -huge- area, originally.

That's all the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
