I'd be amiss if I didn't volunteer my own Enlightened Grognard system. (Click on the link in the signature below.) It's everything you want and it's very compatible with d20 and Paizo material so you have a lot to draw on. I'm playing a PC in a Serpent's Skull game using EG right now and about to start DMing the Age of Worms campaign for another group. Fun fun!
