Looking for Evil,Arcane,Tiamat PrC

...There are 5 chromatic dragons (count the heads...) :
white, black, blue, red and green.

I get what you are hinting at, so I investigated the IotSV.

I must say I had only considered the IotSV as powerfull based on heresay up to now.

First, let me say the requirements are quite high (which makes me abandon the PrC for this character (almost) immediately, since I don't think I'm going to get those three feats fast enough, even with retraining)

Second, the 'Veils' can (unless I'm reading it wrong) only be used once per day (ok, 4 times at lvl 7). Although they read as quite powerfull, they are also only for protection, not attack.

But, you have peaked my interest, and I will further investigate this PrC. I dare say there should be some forum discussions about it here and there.... :)

I have been going over almost the entire range of books for 3.5, and have ended up looking at the Escalation Mage (from Faiths of Eberron) and Incantatrix

I was first unimpressed by the Incantatrix, until I realised I was looking at the 3.0 version in Magic of Fearun, and the 3.5 version was in the Players Guide to Faerun.

Now, I'm conflicted.

For my Eberron character, taking the Escalation Mage seems logical, and I already have all the requirements filled, freeing up my 12th lvl feat slot for something else. The Adaption section suggests the PrC could work just as well with an Archfiend as its focus, so that mashes pretty good with my original idea.

However, Incantatrix would give me the Feat I'd need to invest (Iron Will) back as a Bonus Metamagic Feat at the first level of the prestige class, actually provides the different metamagic feats through Bonus feats (to be used outside of the special abilities as well).
I'd need to give up a school, but I have already found I don't have any (significant) Enchantment spells, so no great loss there.

In other words, power wise there's no doubt Incantatrix is the better choice. (Even when comparing only the first 6 levels of Incantatrix with the 6 levels of the Escalation mage)

My questions:

1.As an Eberron DM, would you allow Incantatrix? If not, why?

2.As a player, (assuming the above detailed character, Kirilqyx) how many levels of Escalation Mage would you take before returning to Ultimate Magus (assuming you take at least 1)

3.As a player, (assuming the above detailed character, Kirilqyx) how many levels of Incantatrix would you take before returning to Ultimate Magus (assuming you take at least 1)

4.As a player, which PrC would you choose given both the background and the power gain of the different PrC's? And Why?
-Ultimate Magus completion
-Escalation Mage
-Incantrix

Any feedback appreciated. (I need to make up my mind.....)
