Magic Item Market Price

Hello,

Has anybody come across the rules for determing the Market price for magic items (in my particular interest, weapons) that bestow a feat upon the user?

For example, what would the cost be for a Rapier, +1, that bestowed Weapon Finesse (Rapier)?

I'm thinking it's in the neighborhood of either +2 bonus or 8,000gp. There's an Ioun stone that grants Alertness which is 8,000gp, and a weapon in the DMG (Sylvan Scimitar) that comes close to the +2 thing, minus some reduction because the scimitar only works in certain conditions (mild climate, etc)

Has anyone found a good listing for determining the costs for feats?

Thanks!

I actually prefer not to use market price modifiers for things like this, unless its a no-biggie feat, like the first in a chain or something. I tend to just add a flat gold piece value, like many other funky functions of magic weapons, usually between 4,000 and 12,000, sometimes higher.
