MD-VA-DC Game Day - 10/2/04: Crunch Time Approaches - Volunteers Needed!

I originally posted this on the update roll call thread, but I am volunteering to be a backup GM.
With the bigger room looks like we'll be able to have more games, and I'd like to offer people the chance to try something non-d20 (gasp!). It's a game called Over The Edge, described as "[t]he roleplaying game of surreal conspiracies."
If it works out that there is extra room I'd prefer to GM in the second session, as there's a game I'd like to attend in the first.

DMs - If you haven't posted your "Teaser" here...please do so immediately using the format found in this thread so I can incorporate it into the sign-up thread.

I am using "Magenta" as my color, so those wanting to sign up for this game (once sign-ups are allowed) should use "Magenta" as well.

GAME: Over The Edge (OTE), described by it's creator (a fella by the name of Jonathan Tweet) as "[f]ree-form, postmodern roleplaying on an island of nightmare and insanity"
TEASER: Hollywood's most beautiful couple is also among it's most unusual. Their five-year marriage has provided the tabloids with lots of fodder about their sex lives, lavish lifestyle and most importantly, their personal eccentricities. They have recently traveled with their spiritual advisor to the little-known Mediterranean island of Al Amarja. For various reasons, the PCs have followed them there. (and if that doesn't sound like much of an adventure, well, you've never been Over The Edge)
NUMBER OF PLAYERS: 3-5
NUMBER OF OPEN PLAYER SLOTS: 5
PC TYPES/LEVELS: Characters will be pre-generated. Players will have the opportunity to pick a character before coming to Game Day.
GAME RATINGS (SCALE OF 1 - 10):
MATURITY RATING: R (Al Amarja is a grown-up place, and while it is not the intent of the game, the GM cannot guarantee that grown up things will not happen.)
SPECIAL NOTES: The island of Al Amarja provides players with a wealth of potential experiences including but not limited to: international conspiracies, aliens, fringe science, cults, the occult, mind-altering chemcials, etc. The varied inspirations for this game include the novels of William S. Burroughs, the TV show The Prisoner, plus movies like Repo Man, Liquid Sky, etc.
No previous experience with OTE is necessary (in fact, the less you know about it, the better). Character creation is completely free-form in order to keep the focus on role-playing instead of number crunching. Game mechanics are streamlined and will take all of five minutes to absorb.
