Moved Second Failed Saving Throw effects into the Stone Cold Stare and Tainted Infusion feats. If you want to Petrify, take the feat, best to take in Heroic Tier.

With that, reduced to minor action, and added alternate stats to attack with.

Venomous Gaze got a reworking. You now inflicted ongoing poison, fail that save, you inflict weakened, with the Tainted Infusion feat, fail weakend save, you inflict daze. Essentially, the poison is spreading through your body and you are forced to deal with the shakes and pain of it if it progresses far enough.
