1 hour from now, in other words. Mearls says he thinks the video will be uploaded later (and I'm sure some enterprising nerd will have it up regardless).

It does say they'll be using "the very latest D&D Next playtest rules," which I guess means the most recent playtest packet.

It is/was an internal version:

+10 for knowledge
Expertise dice for Rogue and Monk instead of skills
Monk: Way of the open hand (unarmed attacks) is only one of many options; new resource called ki focus, which he could have spent to make extra attacks.
Fighter: Action surge for an additional action, once per short rest
Thief rogue: cunning action that can be used every turn in addition to normal move+action, but only for certain things: hide, move, disengage, use an item
Advantage when attacking surprised creatures
Orcs don't have relentless
Rodney and Mike concur that creatures can move between multiattacks (this is not true by current RAW)

That was a cool session. I don't know if all that information about the city was in the adventure, but it's a really interesting location that I totally want to use in my game.
