Critical Role. The cast are, I believe, all elder millennials. I don't think there's a problem appealing to Millennials right now.

A Lasers & Feelings hack called Cool & Tragic. There's now only one stat: Rule of Cool. When you want to have your PC do something, you must make a Rule of Cool check against a DC based on the task's difficulty minus your Tragic Backstory Rating.
We may never know.So... you did know something, then.
Liam, Tal, and Sam are almost 50! They're tail end Gen X!Critical Role. The cast are, I believe, all elder millennials. I don't think there's a problem appealing to Millennials right now.
These just aren’t reflective of something Milennials actually want. “You’re all like snowflakes” was the message our parents and other caregivers insisted on repeating to us, not something we actually sought to be told, and participation trophies were given to mollify our parents who couldn’t handle the fact that their kids weren’t going to be sports stars. We thought they were dumb at best and embarrassing at worst. There is a great detail of detail in character generation so every character can be a special snowflake.
After each session everyone gets a participation trophy no matter what happened.
To continue a bit in the spirit of the OP:
