What's a Wood Woad?
It is a plant avenger, A bit of flavor "A creature hat intrudes into a forest protected by Wood Woads is held responsible for the actions of all previous intruders." Cool!!!!
A Fell Taint?
Creatures form the far realm, though it does not say that directly.
I notice quite a few things with the term "Shard" (Death Shard, Storm Shard, Prismatic shard). What are Shards?
Where elemental chaos meets evil, crystal entities are formed called shards.
Any low level devils/demons (aside from the Dretch)?
There are 4 demons in the 5-8 level range, and only one is a minion. I'm happy about that.
There is only one devil, a level 3 minion.
How Badass is Demogorgon?
He is pretty nasty, but I am not a great judge. Two abilities I like. He gets two initiatives, and a full set of actions on each, which is brutal. He also has a power called inescapable grasp with range FIFTY!!!! that teleports a hit target within his reach.
Don't let him see you coming or he'll grab one of the party to play with, 50 squares away from the rest of the party. Nasty.
What's your favorite monster?
