Guys, Black isn't a bully, I'll fill in some background history that all of you know on him. You do all remember him, the last time you saw him, he was the Commander of the Federated Commonwealth's Military Forces. He isn't being a bully, no more then any officer who has or had a half million soldiers under their command. From your memories, you all know he was a decorated war hero during the war, recognized for the care that he took of the men and women under his command, and for his successful operations. It was he and his men that trapsed around the world looking for survivors and bringing those he found back to hope for the vaccine.
