Shadow has Alternate Form. And I did buy up the enhanced strength in darkness. Gets him to 9 in the dark.

Hehe. I have a laser, and a dazzle as well. In fact, if I disguise myself as you, I can simulate most of your signature powers at least in appearance.

His niche is more darkness. Teleporting is just a neat thing he can do (and useful; damn Parkour!). In fact, if I had stated out Kim, she was going to be a teleporter LOL

Anyway, I moved some skills around because I wanted to keep the combat advantages, but I have the points back in bolos, making them ranged again.

Quick question @KahlessNestor,

- Staff: +9, DC 22/26 (Damage 5/9, +2 damage, bludgeoning, crit 20)
- Unarmed: +9, DC 20/24 (Damage 5/9, bludgeoning, crit 20)

Is the Staff +9 to hit and +11 would be over the PL with your bonus to hit...

It's +9 to hit, yes. The Damage 5/9 is Damage Rank 5/9. Are you objecting to the +2 from using the staff?

The staff is just a special effect if it's used with a power.

Equipment and powers don't stack. This is why Kitsune's body armor doesn't increase her Toughness save when she has her TK shield up.

Equipment/Melee Weapons would normally add to damage (Protection from equipment armor does not if you have natural toughness that is higher)... but a Staff would add to the damage and would normally put you over the PL limit (+9 attack/+11 damage), BUT if you look at Melee Weapon pg. 164 a metal weapon would only be able to do a max of PL 8 attack before it broke...
