Does a monk/cleric wearing a full plate still get his wis bonus to AC?

what is the starting cash for a 6th lvl character?

Does a elf(moon) - rogue4/ranger1/monk1 suffer a 20% penalty on XP due to multi-classing?

Thanks for helping a master jailed at work without all his books :)

No. Monks lose their Wisdom bonus when they wear armor. It doesn't matter what other classes they have.

No, he has a 40% penalty due to multi-classing.

None of those are favored classes, and the penalty is 20% for every class that more than one level away. Both the ranger and the monk class are more than one level away from the rogue class, so you get the 20% penalty for each one.

Just to back up Caliban's ruling with a clarification straight out of PHB p56:

"-20% penalty for each class that is not within one level of his most experienced class." (my emphasis).

A human's highest-level class is considered his favored class-in this case, rogue. This class is ignored for experience penalty purposes; and since the other classes are all within one level of each other, the human would suffer no experience penalties.

ok, so, what about an human using the same class (rogue4/ranger1/monk1)?

No XP penalty:

PHB p14
"When determining whether a multiclass human suffers an XP penalty, his highest-level class does not count."
