The vehicle will be a Wayne Industries military prototype called The Tumbler. It wieighs 2.5 metric tons, has 500 horsepower (if I typed hp, people would say '500 hit points? what's the hit dice on that thing?'

Also, rumor has it that the first trailer will precede AvP (Aliens vs. Predator) on August 13th, and not Catwoman.
