From one of the oldest books-

Hell
Heaven

and now for a new can of worms-

Negative Zone
Krypton
Thangar
Dream Realm
Asgard
Limbo

and literally 1000's of others. Comicbooks get crazy with worlds, realms and dimensions

Well I added a few more. Some things I just had to so no to unfortunately. The reason I haven't included works like Star Wars, Battlestar Galactica, and Dune is because they are closer to sci-fi/science fantasy in my mind. I know I have included a few questionable worlds, but please just try and keep suggestions to "fantasy" worlds.

Ærth (Dangerous Journeys: Mythus): Originally known as Yarth, but Evil Stevie thought it sounded too much like Yrth (according to Col. Pladoh.)

Phæree (also Mythus)

Urth, Venuz, and Marz. All from Dangerous Journeys: Changeling if unpublished games count. (DJ: Changeling being a weird science/fantasy game mooshing together various goodies such as Paranoia and Metamorphosis Alpha with a heavy dose of Col. Pladoh's sense of humor and his memories of old serials, b movies, and tales from Amazing Stories.)
