MOTW: Shifter / Animal Lord Wildshape Healing

Both the animal lord and shifter prestige classes gain a form of wildshape that allows for unlimited uses. From what I read, the abilties are identical to the Druid Wildshape except as listed in the description of the prestige class.


Do these classes gain hit points as if they rested when using their abilities? If so, that means lots of essentially unchecked *free* healing...

I really want to play a shifter and I am looking for a reasonable ruling on this...

Wow!

You are right! I am sure that will be errata'd but do it while you can.

You need to be a level 10 shifter so that will take a while (character level 15 min).

But for the animal lord you get it at 3rd class level (8th level total).

Edit- And if you take the Faster Healing feat it will help you get the HP's even more quickly.
