NE vs. N (FFA): Very Young Tarterian Dragon vs. Adult Ethereal Dragon

The terlen dives towards the arrowhawk, its toothy maw hungry for birdflesh.

This article says that a diving charge such as this deals double damage if it's made with a piercing or slashing weapon. Does a bite qualify?

The article is referring to manufactured weapons. The only natural weapons that do double damage are claws or talons, not bites.

Oops! That's what happens when you try to get one last round in before you run out the door.

Here is the real end of round 212: The terlen latches on to the arrowhawk with its jaws (rolled 9 vs. 1 grapple check), and worries it for 6 points of damage. The arrowhawk has 2 HP remaining.

Round 213: The arrowhawk fails to break free (10 vs. 18 grapple check).
The terlen shakes the arrowhawk (rolled 14 vs. 5) to unconsciousness. The arrowhawk takes 7 points of damage and is dying. Please give the terlen's movement before the next Neutral creature comes out. Before moving it is at 110N105E25Z, flying east, and at full HP.

Yay for...Nertle the terlen! He's going to fly around to 110N75N25Z.

Two 45 degree turns in place - 10 feet, facing south.
Fly to 105N110E25Z - 5 feet, facing north.
Two 45 degree turns in place - 10 feet, facing west.
Fly to 105N75E25Z - 35 feet, facing west.
Two 45 degree turns in place - 10 feet, facing north.
Fly to 110N75E25Z - 5 feet, facing north.
Two 45 degree turns in place - 10 feet, facing east
Total: 85 feet of movement.

The terlen already performed an SA to defeat the arrowhawk this round - it has one move action left (60 feet only). The goal is to move forward at least 30 feet or land.

Okay, then. Nertle will just fly to 110N60E25Z, facing east. Same as the previously posted movement, except fifteen less feet flying west.
