A small humanoid with blue skin and black robes jogs into the corner of the arena. He has a broad nose, pointed ears, and a flat face. His wide mouth is filled with small, sharp fangs and his electric blue eyes gleam with cunning. The creature raises a crude crossbow to eye level, fires a bolt at the spider, then quickly reloads the weapon.
I noticed that the Blue in the XPH only had 1d4+1 HP, despite having the Psionic Body feat, so I checked Wizards.com for the errata. Sure enough, it's been changed. This can be found here, or in this SRD Anyway, I'm assuming that those are the stats we're using.
So, the blue, whom I'm gonna call Brains, is entering the arena at 0N0E, firing his crossbow at +1, and reloading.
Brains has 8 HP, but he does not have inertial armor active. You will have to cast that if you want it. Brains has 4 power points. I will assume Brains is at 0N0E.
In case Brains did not realize he has no inertial armor upon entering the arena, does he want to cast it instead of firing his crossbow?
