Need help with Rogue / shadow build

Hey guys my friend is running a game starting this weekend (im putting mine on hold after running it the past year), and I was thinking of playing a rogue/master thrower/assasin build with maybe one of the shadow creature templates (shadow walker, shade, shadow creature). We have a 32 point buy for this game and we are starting off at level 6. Could someone help me with this build. All books are open to us to use and I also thought about ToB Sword Sage for the shadow abilities if I do not take a template. thanks for any help in advance.

I played a Changeling Ninja/ Chameleon with the shadow creature template. It was very complicated, but very fun to play with a lot of potential had we had the opportunity to continue the campaign.

Shadow Creature template is really nice. You get some great abilities for the LA. It really helped out my Ninja's survivability!
