The High Aldwin
It is actually Selossen's turn, but I'll note your intentions unless you choose to change them when Pyre's up.
Actually, here are your responses for Pyre's actions:
When she left her bow...
And when you ran past the closing wall and uses misty step...
Pyre never picked up her bow. It is on the other side of the wall.
FWIW, I actually rolled for this when the wall closed, to randomly determine if the bow was pushed into the room side even though technically you dropped it in the space on the other side of the wall (in the hallway).
I used a d6: 1-3 on room side--where you currently are, 4-6 on hallway side, and rolled a 4. Below is a screen shot of the rolls, including everything that happened in Pyre's turn 4.3.19.
So, no bow. Sorry.
Otherwise, she'll pull her bow (which she picked up off the ground when she ran by where she left it earlier), see if she can't duck behind the statue (hiding if possible) and pop out the other side to shoot Vecna.
Actually, here are your responses for Pyre's actions:
When she left her bow...
"Aaiieee!" said Pyre, feeling weak. "I hate this place already!"
"Do we want to go forward, or back?" she asks the others.
While waiting for a response, she will draw her rapier (while holding her toolkit in the other hand), her bow left on the floor next to the pressure plates). She will disengage from her own shadow and see if she can flank someone else's (bonus points if she can find a spot with no line-of-sight to the 'scary' room.) She will see if she can't take out the other person's shadow with a quick sword-slash.
4.2.19 (Pyre): Pyre draws her rapier (free object interaction), leaving her longbow at the trap, and teleports (bonus action, Fey Step, 5 remaining) into the hallway behind the Shadow (red) attacking Selossen and strikes, hitting (5+11+1=17 vs AC 12) for 40 piercing damage (3+5+32) and slicing the Shadow into ethereal shreds!
And when you ran past the closing wall and uses misty step...
Pyre ran until she was just behind Selossen and then stepped into the mists, appearing again beside a brazier in the big room. She looked around for Vecna. Spotting him standing in the shadows near the entrance, she lunged forward, stabbing him with her rapier.
(Man, I really should have made her a scout. She moves 25 feet to the square south-west of Selossen, TPs to the square 10 feet east of Vecna (next to the brazier), and walks the last 5 feet back to him before attacking. Hopefully she doesn't set off any traps.)
4.3.19 (Pyre) Relieved of the flesh to stone spell, Pyre races around the corner, reaching Selossen as the wall closes behind her, and steps into the mists, teleporting behind the north statue, finally lunging from its protection into the dim light and stabs at Vecna! HITS (Roll 7+11=18 vs. AC 18) for 23 piercing damage (half of 47, round down).
