Dorrin re-pulls out his longsword and moves his horse close enough to swing. Feeling somewhat unlucky he calls upon Grendath to better his aim. However, his luck fails to improve...

ooc: So that was a Dorrin's second LS; Fatigued (1d20+5-1=12, 1d8+2-1=9), followed by Dorrin using the Luck domain's Reroll ability Luck Reroll for second LS (1d20+5-1=9). Hunh. Remind me to give up cards....

By the Luckmaster. Valan presents his symbol on high putting all that is his faith into his next words, "I SAID, BEGONE!"

Turn undead!

Valan slumps slightly as his words have no impact. 5 hd worth of 3 hd creatures, burned luck domain reroll.

"Don't blaspheme against Grendath, or the next time you're injured, he may choose to not heal you!" Dorrin warns as he struggles against the beasts in midair.

It's Valan my Dear Hasen, Sadly my power does not reflect the strength of my Deity at the moment. Tis the way of chance. Now you could keep at it, but perhaps bringing the fight to the ground would increase our luck! Valan says uncertainty creeping in his voice. He's got a point though, perhaps these lands are too far away from Grendaths light. We've no manner of luck.

Valan coughs as he tries to figure out his next move, then he says in a quiet voice meant for Quozen alone. [sblock=Quozen] He, they stopped attacking him, perhaps your throwing blades would be better placed now. Thanks for the assist though.[/sblock]
