Nocturne of Sorrow, Orsal J

*Gloria points.*

"That is the way we were going before...we need to be careful. The dwarves will slow us down, so we might be able to have someone scout ahead for danger, though that too could be dangerous...I...I'm just not sure how. How to proceed in an environment like this one..."

"I'd guess that we should proceed cautiously and prepare ourselves for anything that may or may not challenge us. The first step is to make sure we are armed. On that note, I want to share something."
Jace pulls 5 flasks of lamp oil from his pack, setting them on a nearby rock so that everyone can see them.
"I have these. As you can probably tell, its lamp oil. My idea is that if we face something that is a real threat, like those kites, we can hurl these at it. Then we can ignite it with my fire spell or one of these."
Jace pulls a tindertwig from his belt pouch.
"Anyone who likes this idea can feel free to take a flask.

As for a scout, I suppose I could walk ahead of the main group, though I'd rather be covering the scout with my crossbow. If no one else wants the job, I'll do it.
"

Dorrin shrugs "I don't have a problem taking point. Hopefully, things should just bounce off my armored skin here," knocking against his armor, "how much seperation were you thinking?"

Droggle trods along behind the group, not really taking part in the deliberations, he seems a bit distant, well more distan that usual, as his recent ordeal has left him feeling rather strange.

"Far ahead of us enough that anything that might attack only notices you, but close enough that we can still defend you."
Jace pats his crossbow.

*The group manages to press on, the darkened landscape eerily quiet much of the time. Despite his terrible lack of attention, Dorrin is still able to steer the group past a band of slow-moving zombies, which simply can't keep up even with the dwarves due to their shambling nature. Before long, it is time to set up camp.*

(OOC: Can I have a general watch order, camping security plan (if applicable) and marching formation for future notice? Also, if you survive the upcoming night, everyone gains more HP and 1 more Charisma back, so the previously comatose will be at 2)

ooc:Well, one of us clerics should burn all their spells healing anyone still injured before sleeping. Dorrin is still down 6, and I think the Dwarves are still hurt.

Do nights around here seem to last longer than the usual 10-ish hours? Dorrin will volunteer for any watch, since he doesn't need 8 hours continous sleep.
