AC 17 (until after his action then AC 15), HP 14 of 14

Dorrin takes a second to shake his shield off to the ground, and grips his longsword with two hands. He then begins giving more powerful blows to the zombieish creature. 1 Pt power attack with LS and flank (1d20+4+2=25, 1d8+3+2=7) "Grendath damn these creatures are tough!"

ooc: Assuming Dorrin is still above ground.... Dammit, second possible crit! Where's that feat that lets you crit undead... *starts tossing books around*

Action disregarded due to a change in circumstances...

*Gloria nods to Jace and draws and fires a silver arrow. But she hasn't been trained to shoot into the middle of a melee like this, so the shot goes wide.*

"It's hard to get a good shot on that creature. I'm not sure if I can do it..." Gloria says sadly.

(OOC: Her total bonus to-hit is +0 into melee)

*Quozen, on the other hand, tosses all the oil over the creature with fluid ease, almost as if he was a long-practiced pyromaniac.*

*The earth-laden undead switches gears from Hasin to Dorrin, since Dorrin has now hurt it more, the dwarf keeps dodging, and its comrade seems to have the Hasin-attacking thing taken care of.*

*It pounds into Dorrin with ferocious might. Somehow, Dorrin manages to stave off a shallow grave, despite the incredible unholy power he feels seeping into him and the earth from the creature and the sheer force of the blow, but it takes absolutely everything he has to do it. He's barely still standing, and the world is looking blurry, as if he could fall unconscious at any moment.*

(OOC: 14 Damage staggers Dorrin--10 Con'll do that I guess

Valan failed already for this turn with that 3 he rolled.

So Droggle, Dorrin, Hasin now. Dorrin can take back the attack (which would drop him unconscious), if he likes, though it was indeed a very nice attack)

Hasin swings a wild attack in the general direction of the zombie.
1d20+2, 1d10+4=[3, 2], [10, 4]
Putting all of his strength into a blow that would have felled a tree.
Unfortunately the splashing oil causes him to close his eyes for a moment, and he misses- actually- he comes close to hitting himself.
BAH!!! WHO THREW OIL INTO A MELEE???

Hasin steps back from the zombie- to avoid any fire damage

Droggle swings his pick at the earth coverd monstrosity and hits AC 15 . If this attack should somehow manage to strike the beast, it would do 11 damage

(sadly, I had typed to roll 2d20+7 instead of 1d20+7 on my first roll, which rolled an 18 and a 17 on the two d20 rolls, either of which would have yielded a solid hit :( )

All right guys! Change of tactics, use the wand against the zombie, let me and Droogle fight the ghost thing. If we are going to use charges from a wand, we want to be sure they work.

(OOC: You can't hit the ghost thing except for whoever has the Magic Weapon spell up ATM. Honestly, the ghost thing is sucky enough that you should probably focus-fire and kill the zombie first)
