Nocturne of Sorrow, Orsal J

AC 17, HP 2 of 14

Dorrin staggers back from the vicious blow out of the zombie's reach. He quickly finds a potion and drinks it down.

ooc: CLW potion (1d8+1=3) Darn, that roll is gonna get me killed. Especially in a negative energy area with a -1 on HP healing. I'm seriously thinking of having Gloria hand me a Crossbow bolt, since 1d4+2 with a -4 to hit is almost better than 1d8+2 with DR.

(OOC: Don't forget silver-treated weapons are -1 to Damage. I think it would lower your expected damage from .375 per round to .175. And they sometimes break on impact

Oh, and I think that's 1 less healing unless you counted already. It's convenient--you can just roll the d8 unmodified)

*The ghostly undead no longer has a flanking partner to attack Hasin, but it continues anyway, for some reason failing to switch to its partner's preferred target of Dorrin. It pays for its hybris by missing the dwarf again.*

(OOC: Jace, Gloria, Quozen)

Not mine- I would be doing alot better against humans. MAN, I really HATE humans- If I could pick what I was going to kill- It would probably...No scratch that DEFINATELY be humans! I would say they are my favorite enemy. Ummmm present company excluded.

Now undead? not so bad really.

Jace will pull a tindertwig from his belt pouch (free action, I think) and move into position (move action). Once there, light and throw at oiled target (Throw lit tindertwig (1d20+1=11)).

(OOC: Pulling the tindertwig out is not free but can be done as part of your move action if you have at least +1 BAB. I believe that means he can still throw it, but if so, he only gets a 5-foot step. It may be alright, though)

Jace's BAB: +0

Well, Jace had just tried to use the wand on the incorporeal one and the entombing one was flanking Hasin with it . . . so Jace only needs the 5-foot step, right?

(OOC: That is indeed what I figured, so that means even with BAB +0 he can easily do all that in one round--move to draw, free to light, free to 5-foot adjust, standard to throw the oil)
