Non-clerics with access to domains?

What happens when a Druid gains access to a domain (e.g. the Oracle domain from the Divine Oracle PrC)? Are the domain spells added to the Druid's class spell list for purposes of using scrolls, wands, etc.? Is the Druid allowed to prepare one domain spell per level in normal spell slots (since he doesn't have domain slots), or is he unable to prepare domain spells at all? Does he even gain the granted power of the domain, or are non-clerics incapable of having access to domains at all?

The same questions would apply for a Sor/Wiz with domain access -- the Divine Oracle PrC can apparently be used by arcane casters as well.

I think the current answer is: if you don't have Domain slots, you suddenly grow them.

You gain the domain power

If you are a spellcaster who prepares spells such as ranger or druid you may memorise only one copy of a spell that is only on your domain list if it isn't on your main spell list

if a wizard you need to find and purchase a scroll of the spell then copy that into your spell book as if it were on your spell list (stated as the only time a wizard can scribe a divine spell into a spell book)

if a sorcerer or favored soul you can add the domain spell of level x whenever you could add a spell of level x to your spells known, you don't get to exceed your spells known per day

One interesting thing from that description is that a Sorcerer who gains access to a domain could choose one of the domain spells as a spell known and then cast it as many times as he wants each day (limited by total available spell slots, of course).

There are some domain spells that could easily be worth a spell known (e.g. silence, heal or a cure spell, divine power), but the only way I'm aware of for a Sorc to gain access to a domain is via the Divine Oracle PrC, and that's only for the Oracle domain.

It's likely that that's intentional and that there isn't any way for a Sorc to gain access to domains with useful spells, but you never know. Is there any way besides Divine Oracle for a Sorc to gain access to domain(s)?

Yes. Complete Divine, pg. 79. That one restricts the use of the domain in many ways, for example only being able to prepare/cast one of these spells per level per day.
