So, what does Georgia dole out the first of the month? Cash and food stamps that is.

Out here there's supposed to be a deal where SSI recepients get extra money in lieu of food stamps, but since California has reneged on the original agreement the Feds do all they can to get California to pay more. So, officially, I have no cooking facilities and get extra to cover the cost of dinning out.

Sometimes the Feds are there to help.
