Soneillon was described and statted out in the Forgotten Realms sourcebook Champions of Ruin.

Astaroth got toasted by Gargauth at some point in the past and is now a vestige, as described in "Savage Tidings: Gazing into the Abyss" in Dragon #357.

I think that Soneillon from Champions of Ruin was supposed to be a separate character from the old school demon lord.

Do you know which D&D sources mention these demon lords, and what they say? I probably know a lot of them, but I want to see what you know so I can compare.

For Azazel, you don't need a D&D source. Just watch the movie Fallen with Denzel Washington and John Goodman from 1998.

I was thinking canon stuff for the most part, but GR/PF/other OGL couldn't hurt.

I meant that I'd prefer to see stuff by TSR/WotC as that is canon, but non-canon stuff is also good to see.
