[1] This forum is for out-of-character communication. OK, cool. Where is the forum for in character communication?

[2] Everyone has said they posted characters. Where? How? Using what?

[3] Are there graphics to this play by post game? That seems weird. But is there some sort of dungeon? I saw the EN world FAQ, but frankly, I'm so out of touch that it left me with many many more questions.

Can someone nurse me through this?

Re: 1 and 2 -- I haven't posted an in character thread yet, because we're not quite ready to start. I'll give you a link when I create one. There's a link to the Rogue's Gallery thread in the first post of this thread (and another below), that's the place to post your character.

Check out this page to see the format I used for my character Zerthilore. In order to steal this format, do the following:

1. Open two browser windows, one to our Rogue's Gallery Thread and one to the page above.
2. In the rogue's gallery, hit reply.

3. Find my Zerthilore character sheet in the other thread and hit "quote."

4. Copy the contents of the Zerthilore character sheet into the reply window and close the quote window so that it doesn't actually post (by hitting the "x" in the top right, not by hitting "submit reply.")

5. Edit away the quote tags and replace Zerthilore data with your data, then submit. You can edit it later as much as you like.

re 3: You can attach graphics, but in my experience it's rarely desirable.

Regarding your question with the dice, you don't actually have to use them if you don't want to -- the DM frequently handles all dice rolling. If you want to have the board roll dice for you, you can. It's a little complicated, so don't worry about it for now. If you are curious, I recently added a link in my Sig to an explanation I got on the subject. (Though I suspect that the link may have confused you in the first place.)

There isn't any dice rolling in character creation, anyway, so it's of no immediate importance.
