[OT] What game should be novelized?

You've probably seen them when you go out to your local bookstore looking for game supplies. Some computer games, be they PC or for a console system, that are incredibly popular eventually get turned into a novel for consumption. While not exactly a walkthrough of the game, nor higher reading in any sense, these novels are usually the nicest kind of brain candy there is. However, as I mentioned, only the most popular games, such as Resident Evil or Diablo, get turned into novels. If you had your choice, what game would you see made into a novel?

My personal choice is the game "Hybrid Heaven" for the Nintendo 64. Although the vocals were few and far between, and the animation was nothing to jump up and down about, the game had an incredible action storyline, full of twists and turns. The characters were totally developed in how they acted, and while the ending wasn't anything innovative, it was perfect in every way. If Tom Clancy had ever made a video game, "Hybrid Heaven" would have been it.

What's your choice?

I'll also vote for the entire Wing Commander series.

Yeah, it made such a great movie. *Smirk* I went to see it on openning day, and after, we got treated to a sneak preview of a Dru Berrymore movie where she was a reporter in disguise - the latter was the only reason I didn't demand my money back.

Diden't they already do this?

Honestly? Well I would like to see . . . Castlevania Books. Not one telling the story of the game, but one based on the Belmont history and every thing. Or like an off shoot of the belmont family. Just as long as the dont include stuff from the N64 3-D games ;)

The qualtiy of the movie is irrelevant to any potetntial books. Have to say though that once I finally saw it on TV it wasn't as bad as I had been led to believe.

There were a couple, but I never read them and have no idea how good or bad they were. Good ones that stick closely to the plot of the games is what I'd like to see.
