While examining the changes to the Paladin in Dragonstar, I started to wonder: Is the Paladin Balanced? It's pretty front end loaded except for the Special Mount. If you were to take away the special mount, would the class be balanced? (Perhaps replacing it with a [general] feat or series of feats, opening it up to other classes ...).
