The feeling of the bugs crawling over him was an unusual sensation, one that Weapon had not felt before. It was the pinching of his organic material that came with it that was "painful". Seeing the massive swarm take his companions, Weapon swings wildly with his torch while trying to back out of the mass as best as possible.

(OOC: Siobhan can't possibly do anything to hurt them--she'll continue her actions. If Brother survives, he gets healing. Otherwise, she'll survive to have him reincarnated )

"If someone have a torch, I can help... but for now I am useless, except to repair weapon fater you get rid of them." tells Kharas, cursing nt having taken torches before going down. He jump and try to climb the rope just high enough not to reach, and will climb more only if someone else want to climb.

"I'm also useless here, unfortunately. Honestly, I don't know why we're fighting them and using up all that fancy liquid fire. They're just bugs, and if we had only climbed back up the rope, I'm sure they would have calmed down and gone in search of easier food."

Del (Mordin the Dwarf)

Mordin will curse the stinging, biting bugs and wave the torch, trying to catch as many of the creatures as possible.

Ahki bellows in pain as the biting insects swarm up his legs and over his body. Their large pinchers gouge out chunks of flesh and soon bright red trickles of blood run down his body. Stomping, kicking, and flailing wildly does little to dislodge them. Lacking a torch, he struggles to retreat from the swarm before they can strip any more flesh from his bones.

"Then climb Sis, so others can climb behind you."

Stulgar will move back and climb away if he can.

[Round 1]

(ooc: I think I forgot Stulgar here.) Stulgar escapes from the bugs and moves around towards the rope.

[Round 2]

Weapon swings his torch around wildly, missing completely.

Kharas lets Siobhan get up higher before climbing up a little ways. Because the tunnel is sloped gently upwards and is 6ft from the ground at the entrance. He is able to sit just inside the entrance to the tunnel.

Akhi clears a number of the beetles off his pants as he makes a run for it. He makes it back to where Siobhan and Kharas have started up the rope.

Mordin waves his torch about and misses.

Siobhan moves a bit higher up behind Kharas, giving more room should the others follow.

The three vials of alchemist's fire have created a patch of burning pitch. The bugs surrounding Weapon take more losses and eventually scatter. Those plaguing Mordin continue to burn but do not relent. There are definitely fewer left.

Stulgar climbs up the rope ahead of Ahki and joins Kharas on the ledge.

Seeing the others flee, Weapon nods, and knows he must protect himself anyway possible. Refusing to be bothered by the bugs, the warforged reaches into to his pack, pulls out another flask of the alchemical fire and tosses it at the most damaged portion of the swarm, trying to avoid the dwarf.

OOC: BTW---Did the round two damage of the two alchemical flasks kick in?
